DELIVERY

SHIPPING METHOD

Your goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days after receiving the order. The following courier will be used according to location.

  • Hong Kong / Macau / Mainland China: SF Express
  • Other overseas regions: SF Express, DHL, UPS etc.
SHIPPING COST
  • Hong Kong: Free Shipping
  • Other overseas regions: Shipping fee will be automatically calculated at checkout

OUT OF STOCK
If there is an out of stock after the order is placed, we will notify you by email. Refunds due to out-of-stock will be refunded to the credit card that paid the order within 7 working days.

 

REFUND or EXCHANGE

TERMS OF REFUND OR EXCHANGE
We provide a 14-day refund or exchange service. You can refund or exchange your purchase once within 14 days from the date of receipt. Already exchanged products will no longer accept returns or replacements.


PROCEDURE
Please contact us via email (contact@icellsbio.com) or Facebook Inbox. After confirming with our customer service staff, who will be providing you with the address that you can return the product to. Please note that returned products must be unused, odorless and in its original packaging. We will arrange an exchange or refund within 7 working days after receiving the returned products.
